About

Hi! My name is Evangelia Kasek and I created Vang Health to support my community and clients through their health and wellness journey. My philosophy is that by practicing the 5 basic pillars of health, you can transform your life. My goal is to help you create an enjoyable, personalized wellness routine that supports you to achieve all of your dreams!

I work with clients 1 on 1 to help them reach wellness goals by building healthy habits, personalized routines, shifting mindsets, and focusing on health concerns to help them to thrive! As a registered nurse & certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, I take a bio-individual approach to each of my clients. Alongside working with clients 1:1, I offer personalized meal plans, in-home meal-prepping services, 1:1 grocery shopping, deep dive into non toxic lifestyles & more!

By focusing on the basic pillars of health I have been able to transform my own life. I am fiercely passionate about spreading the knowledge I have gained through my own personal experiences, working in the hospital as a bedside RN, as well as through my health coaching program at IIN. I can’t wait to help you reach optimal wellness. It’s going to be a beautiful process.

1 month nutrition

This is for you if… you are lacking creative meal choices, you are tired of the same old meals, you want education on specific ingredients and health benefits behind them. Includes: health intake form, PDF description of foods to support your health goals, weekly grocery shop list, meal prep support for week, pantry/fridge revamp, weekly check ins, Goole doc with individualized nutrition plan.

1 month non-toxic lifestyle

Are you interested in all things non-toxic? This is for you if you want to decrease toxic load in your daily life. Let’s create your home sanctuary where your body can heal. All things air quality at home, water you’re drinking, cleaning products and skincare products. Includes: lifestyle intake form, healthier option swaps to all household items (cookware, cleaning products, food, water filters, air filters, skincare products, makeup, ect), healthier option for packaged good, learn to read ingredients, education on cooking oils and more.

1 month exercise focus

This is for you if… you are lacking structure in your fitness regimen, you want some refreshing new exercises, and extra guidance. Includes: health intake form, weekly zoom workouts or in person depending where you live, personalized 30 day challenge guideline which includes strength training, mat Pilates, yoga, HIIT & meditation. This program is fully tailored to your fitness level and current fitness goals.

3-months program

3-months of 1:1 coaching. Includes: health history intake form, initial nutrition, health and lifestyle recommendations, setting individual goals/ wellness plan, healthy/easy recipes, weekly check-in (zoom or in person), open communication via text, email, phone calls M-F 9a-6p, Google Doc to track your progress, simple/informative handouts to increase you knowledge.

6-months program

6-months of 1:1 coaching. If you are looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, this is the right step for you. I help you transform your life through implementing the 5 pillars of Vang Health. This gives us enough time to form sustainable habit changes in your life and make any adjustments along the way.

Morning & nighttime routines

Do you feel like you go through the morning without any routine or rhythm? Are you looking for the perfect nighttime routine to unwind and support quality sleep? Includes: intake form, individualized morning and nighttime routines, PDF education on modalities to support your specific goals, weekly check-ins, Google doc to track progress, education on increasing energy levels naturally, resetting circadian rhythm and more!
