Health and wellness will look different on everyone. At Vang Health, I teach my clients to listen to their own body and I help support them with knowledge that will align with their specific needs. The Wellness industry can be overwhelming with all the information out there. My approach will be personal and true to you. We will work together and formulate the recipe your body and soul is craving for this wonderful transformation.

Supporting clients in becoming experts on themselves by generating insight, tapping into internal wisdom, increasing self-knowledge. Helping them implement sustainable shifts, using evidence and experience-based approaches. Empowering clients and supporting them as they bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to go.

My story

How did you get into health and wellness?

I grew up playing soccer and running track. I have always been interested in nutrition and movement. I learned to cook homemade meals from my mom. She inspires me so much.

 I gradated nursing school in 2019 and started my career working as a bedside nurse and worked my way to the Float Pool. After 4 years of working as a bedside nurse, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and my passion for preventive medicine grew. I worked with a functional practitioner to learn more about my body. I had been struggling with extreme bloating for over a year. After gut and hair mineral testing, I learned I had candida overgrowth, gut dysbiosis, H. pylori, digestive issues, and mineral imbalances. After many months of specific supplementation protocols and specific food restrictions, I healed my gut and balanced my minerals. I overcame a dark place and changed my lifestyle to support my body.

 I took time to reflect on how I was treating my mind, body & soul.

 I did not begin to heal until I lowered my stress levels and slowed down my lifestyle that was very much on the go, with no breaks or self-reflection. I learned that, your nervous system needs time to heal and that is why I include stress management as a pillar of my health coaching.

 There is no end point, this is a lifelong journey toward self-discovery, health, + well-being.
